David Spiehs
David Spiehs (born August 11, 1974 in Munich ) is an Austrian film producer.
His father Karl Spiehs has been running the Lisa Film production company since 1967 , which has made numerous cinema and television films. David Spiehs' mother Angelika Ott played in many of these films as the leading actress and in supporting roles. In the meantime, David Spiehs has taken over his father's affairs. a. for Degeto the production of the films Hochwürden wird Papa (2002) with Hans Clarin and Fritz Wepper , Alles Glück hier Erde (2003) with Uschi Glas and Maximilian Schell , Traumhotel Thailand (2003) Christian Kohlund , Traumhotel Bali (2004) with Ruth Maria Kubitschek , Die Liebe eines Priesters (2005) with Erol Sander and Maximilian Schell, König der Herzen (2005) with Florian Silbereisen , Mord in bester Gesellschaft (2006) with Fritz Wepper and his daughter Sophie as well as several parts of the series Die Alpenklinik (2006– 2009) with Erol Sander and the successful series of ARD Das Traumhotel (Dominican Republic, Malaysia, Thailand - Chiang Mai, Maldives and others).
From 2010 to 2014 David Spiehs took over the management of Lisa Film . Since July 1, 2014 he has been Managing Director of Event Film.
