successes
Jörgen Ragnarsson, who sailed for the Linköpings Jolleseglarklubb , took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow with Göran Marström in the Tornado boat class . With 33.7 total points, they finished the regatta in third place behind the Brazilian Olympic champions Lars Sigurd Björkström and Alexandre Welter and the Danish duo Peter Due and Per Kjærgaard Nielsen and thus received the bronze medal.
