Jörn Schulze

Jörn Schulze (* 1960 in Braunschweig ) is a German trumpeter and university teacher .

Life

Jörn Schulze already won numerous prizes in the music competition Jugend musiziert in his youth . After graduating from school, he went to Hanover , where he studied the trumpet at the University of Music and Theater with Professor Siegfried Göthel .

Jörn Schulze was accepted as a member of the NDR Radiophilharmonie in 1986 , but also gave solo concerts in Austria, France, Portugal and Japan. He also took part in the Bayreuth Festival from 1986 to 1992 .

In addition, Schulze represented his former university professor Siegfried Göthel as a lecturer at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media (HMTMH).

Jörn Schulze - together with his fellow musician and horn player Stefanie Kopetschke - regularly visits school classes and kindergartens to present the trumpet as a musical instrument and to pass on his own enthusiasm for music to the children.
