Jewish cemetery (Langenschwarz)

The Jewish cemetery in Langenschwarz , a district of the Burghaun community in the Fulda district in East Hesse , is a protected cultural monument . It is located on the county road 142 to Wehrda , about 300 meters outside the village on a hill to the left of the road.

The cemetery was laid out in 1832 after the Jewish private company had acquired a field from Heinrich Schmidt on July 16, 1832. The cemetery was occupied until around 1900.
