Jewish cemetery in Strážnice

The Jewish cemetery in Strážnice (German Straßnitz ), a town in Okres Hodonín in the South Moravian Region in the Czech Republic , was laid out in the 15th century. The Jewish cemetery adjacent to the synagogue has been a protected cultural monument since 1988 .

The oldest remaining tombstones ( Mazevot ) on the 5093 square meter cemetery date from the middle of the 15th century.
