The Jewish Museum in Rotenburg an der Fulda , a town in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district in northeastern Hesse , is located in the building of the former mikveh . The Jewish Museum is located at Brauhausstrasse 2.

Opened in 2006, the permanent exhibition on the upper floor describes six centuries of Jewish life in Rotenburg an der Fulda and the surrounding area with authentic evidence. The Torah scroll from the 1938 and desecrated comparable wüsteten synagogue in Rotenburg is one of the most striking exhibits.

The museum and the meeting place are looked after by the sponsoring group Former Jewish Ritual Baths under the curator Heinrich Nuhn .
