Jürgen Beyer (General)

Jürgen Beyer (* 1952 ) is a Brigadier General a. D. of the army of the Bundeswehr.

Until its dissolution (December 31, 2007), Beyer was in command of the Bundeswehr Intelligence Center in Grafschaft . After a subsequent assignment as Head of Staff Department II in the command staff of the armed forces of the Federal Ministry of Defense in Bonn , his last assignment was from 2010 to 2015 as the commander of the Center for Verification Tasks of the Bundeswehr in Geilenkirchen .

He retired on February 28, 2015 after nearly 44 years of service.
