Jürgen Heinrich (politician)

Jürgen Heinrich (born November 19, 1937 in Hamburg ) is a German SPD politician and former member of the Hamburg parliament .

Life

After attending school in Hamburg-Niendorf with the completion of the 9th grade, Jürgen Heinrich completed an apprenticeship as a building fitter from 1952 to 1955. During the same period he attended evening school and graduated from secondary school . After three years as a journeyman, he went to the then building school in Hamburg from 1958 to 1961 and left it as an engineer in civil engineering. Until 1974 he worked in various engineering offices in the field of statics . In 1974 he moved to the civil engineering department at the Eimsbüttel district office .

Jürgen Heinrich has been married since 1960 and has two sons.

politics

In 1958 Heinrich joined the SPD. In addition to various party functions, he worked from 1969 in the local Stellingen committee and as a member of the Eimsbüttel district assembly . According to the regulations, he had to give up this activity after moving to the administration of the Eimsbüttel district office.

In 1982 Jürgen Heinrich was elected as a member of the Hamburg parliament for the SPD. The focus of his work there until 1986 was the committees for the environment , sport and transport .
