Jürgen Meffert (born in the 20th century) is a German manager, management consultant and book author specializing in innovation management, medium-sized companies and digital transformation .

Jürgen Meffert has a master's degree in electrical engineering . He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (USA) and a PhD in economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Jürgen Meffert then worked as a development engineer and product manager for Nixdorf Computer AG and from 1987–1988 part of the founding team of the Open Software Foundation in Cambridge, USA. Jürgen Meffert has been with McKinsey & Company since 1990 ; he became a partner in 1996 and is now a senior partner in the Düsseldorf office. He headed the global Telecommunications, Media & Technology division for 8 years and has headed the competence center for the digitization of B2B companies worldwide since 2016 .

Meffert is now a lecturer at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in the area of ​​executive education and a regular speaker at conferences.
