Jürgen Wilbert

Jürgen Wilbert (born October 2, 1945 in Düsseldorf ) is a German aphorist and andragogist .

Life

He studied English, education and political science at the University of Bonn , where he received his doctorate in 1977. phil. with a work on "Political Concepts and Educational Goals", published in 1987 by Beltz-Verlag, Weinheim & Basel . After more than 30 years of full-time employment in the municipal further education and culture business - most recently until 2007 as head of the department for further education and culture in Hattingen - since 2008 freelance as a freelance author and lecturer; Initiator of the international aphoristic meeting in Hattingen / Ruhr (biennial since 2004), since 2008 chairman of the Friends of the German Aphorism Archive (DAphA) Hattingen. His literary focus is on the shortest prose genre, the aphorism: meanwhile five books of his own aphorisms have been published.
