Jürgen Zeschky

Jürgen Zeschky (* 1960 in Wetter an der Ruhr ) is a German engineering scientist. From March 2012 to May 2015 he was CEO of the TecDAX- listed wind turbine manufacturer Nordex SE . He has been CEO of Hoerbiger Holding since July 1, 2016 .

Life

Zeschky studied mechanical engineering in Aachen and completed his studies with a doctorate on gas turbines . After entering professional life, he first worked for Mannesmann Demag and Demag Pneumatic Technology. He then spent u. a. six years in New Jersey , where he managed a company at Siemens Demag Delaval Turbomachinery , and finally switched to Voith Turbo . There he became Deputy Managing Director in October 2004 and Managing Director in February 2005.

In November 2011 it was announced that Zeschky would become CEO of Nordex in 2012 as the successor to Thomas Richterich . Richterich had not previously extended his expiring contract. The change finally took place in March 2012. On May 20, 2015, the company announced that Zeschky was leaving his position on the 31st at his own request. Lars Bondo Krogsgaard was his successor. On January 1, 2016, he joined Hoerbiger Holding AG, where he took over the position of CEO on July 1, 2016 .
