J. Ernest Mangnall
James Ernest Mangnall (* 1866 in Bolton ; † January 13, 1932 ) was an English football coach .
Career
His coaching career began Mangnall at Burnley FC in 1899. In 1903 he was coach of the 1902 Newton Heath emerged new club Manchester United . In 1908 Mangnall won the club's first championship title with United . He also won the FA Cup with the Red Devils in 1909 . In 1911 he was again champion with his team. The next year he left his club and went to local rivals Manchester City . In the twelve years he was with ManCity, he didn't win a single title.
