action

The mafia boss wants one of his people to become a minister so that he can conduct criminal business with impunity. But the incorruptible officer Vishal stands in his way. Vishal's younger brother Jugnu is a dubious guy who spends all the time with his girlfriend Shalu. In the struggle for power, criminals are brutal and simple people fall prey to them. Officer Vishal is kidnapped and killed in front of Jugnus. Jugnu himself is missing and believed to be dead. Shocked by the cruel crime, Gandhian Raghunath complains to Chief Minister Omiji. But when Omiji tries to inquire about the case, his son is accused of selling the tainted glucose to hospitals, which should have caused several deaths. Omiji hesitates and that costs Gandhian Raghunath his life. Suddenly Jugnu reappears and wants revenge for his brother and all innocent victims.
