Jacek Kazimierski (born August 17, 1959 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a former Polish football goalkeeper .

Club career

Kazimierski began his career at Agrykola Warszawa before joining Legia Warszawa in 1978 . Here he made his debut in the Ekstraklasa and secured the regular place in goal during his second season. In 1981 he was appointed to the Polish national team for the first time. In 1987 he moved to Greece to Olympiacos Piraeus . Here, however, he could not prevail and left Greece for Belgium at the end of the season . Here he played three seasons for KAA Gent before ending his career in 1991.

National team

Jacek Kazimierski played 23 games for the Polish national soccer team and took part with Poland in the 1982 World Cup in Spain and the 1986 World Cup in Mexico .
