Jack Bradbury

Jack Bradbury (born December 27, 1914 in Seattle , † May 15, 2004 ), actually John Morin Bradbury , was an American author and illustrator. His career at Disney began in 1934. By 1941 he drew small cartoons (such as the Silly Symphonies ), he also worked on major films such as Pinocchio , Bambi and Fantasia .

From 1942 to 1944 he produced Bugs Bunny cartoons for Warner Brothers . After that he changed studios several times. In 1963 he landed back at Disney, where he drew comics with a variety of characters until the 1980s. His repertoire ranged from Oswald the funny rabbit (the forerunner of Mickey Mouse ) and Donald Duck to Mickey Mouse himself, Ede Wolf (from the comic for The Three Little Pigs ) and Cinderella . From 1978 onwards, he significantly reduced his production number due to an eye condition.
