The Three Little Pigs is a 1933 American animated short film directed by Burt Gillett .
action
Three pigs build their own houses: Piglet Pfeifer builds a house out of straw and then plays the flute . Piggy Fiedler has time to play the violin after quickly building a wooden house . Only Schweinchen Schlau builds his house out of stone and because of all the work he has no time to make music. The other two pigs mock the house builder who warns them of the bad wolf and their unstable houses. Then the two pigs start the mockery song Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? (in the German version: “ Who is afraid of the bad wolf? ”) to sing.
They are speechless when suddenly the big bad wolf stands before them. Pfeifer hides in his house, but the wolf blows it over. Pfeifer now escapes to Fiedler, but the wooden house cannot withstand the wolf's puff either. Both pigs now rush into the third pig's stone house. The wolf tries in vain to blow it over. When he tries to penetrate the house through the chimney, he ends up in the boiling kettle underneath, which Piggy Schlau also put turpentine into shortly before . The wolf runs away, howling loudly. Pfeifer and Fiedler, who then revived Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? start, Piggy Smart quickly brings to his senses: He imitates the knock on the door, whereupon both of them hide fearfully under his bed.
