Marianne Wischmann
Marianne Ruth Wischmann (born October 20, 1921 in Düsseldorf , North Rhine-Westphalia ; † November 6, 2009 in Starnberg , Bavaria ) was a German film actress and voice actress .
Live and act
Marianne Wischmann played in numerous movies from 1950 on. She achieved her greatest fame in 1952 when she played alongside Johannes Heesters and Johanna Matz in a film adaptation of the operetta Im Weißen Rößl . But even after that she achieved popular success alongside Dieter Borsche in the film San Salvatore (1955) or later with Will Quadflieg and Antje Weisgerber .
Since 1956 Marianne Wischmann shifted increasingly to the synchronization. She lent her voice to Anita Ekberg in The Sweet Life , Ingrid Bergman in Notorious and Olivia de Havilland in Lullaby for a Corpse, among others .
For years she was also the German voice of Miss Piggy in the Muppet Show , Mrs. Ochmonek ( Liz Sheridan ) in the TV series Alf , the Aughra in the film Der dunkle Kristall , Sylvia Fine in the series Die Nanny , Nana Mary ( Shelley Winters ) in the series Roseanne and Maureen Slatery ( Joyce Van Patten ) in the series To Worse and Forever . She also voiced Harriet Oleson ( Katherine MacGregor ) in several episodes of Our Little Farm .
She also spoke the queen of hearts in the Japanese anime (cartoon) series Alice in Wonderland , the Aardvark (actually aardvark , but mostly called anteater or anteater in German ) The blue Elise in the cartoon series The Pink Panther (version 1969-1971 ), the witch Wilhelma Weinessig in the animated series Doctor Snuggles , the narrator in the animated series Niklaas, a boy from Flanders , Mammy-Two-Shoes in the Tom and Jerry cartoons and the mother-in-law of Clark Griswold ( Chevy Chase ) in the Christmas satire Schöne Giving presents .
Private
Marianne Wischmann was initially engaged to the director Franz Marischka . Then she married the cabaret artist Oliver Hassencamp and finally her fellow actor Erwin Linder , who also frequently worked as a voice actor.
