Jack Underhill

John Edward "Jack" Underhill (born September 3, 1902 in Vancouver , † July 14, 1974 ibid) was a Canadian badminton player .

Career

John Underhill won his first national title in Canada in 1925. Nine more followed until 1947, where he was able to fight for his last at the age of 44. He won three titles in mixed with his future wife Eileen George . Together with her, they were the first couple to be inducted into the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame in 1970 .
