Jackie Brown (boxer, 1909)
Jackie Brown (* 29. November 1909 in Collyhurst , England ; † 15. March 1971 ) was a British boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
In 1925 he began his professional career successfully. On October 31, 1932, he boxed against Young Perez for the NBA World Championship and won by giving up in round 13. He defended this belt a total of three times and lost it in September 1935 to Benny Lynch by knockout in the 2nd round.
In 1939 he ended his career.
