The publishing house was founded by Reiner Jackwerth. The company's headquarters were in Berlin at Tempelhofer Ufer 11 .
The magazines magnus , L-MAG , DU & ICH , Victory Column and Victory Column Compass were among the most famous publications of the publisher . The publisher sold all magazines and the associated websites to the newly founded Special Media SDL GmbH and ceased business operations on April 30, 2012. All employees have been transferred to the new company according to a notification from the publisher.
