Peter Jackwerth

Peter Jackwerth (born June 6, 1957 ) is a German entrepreneur and football official who co-founded FC Ingolstadt 04 in 2004 .

Entrepreneur

In 1992 Jackwerth founded the company Tuja Zeitarbeit , which he sold to the Swiss company Adecco in 2007 . In 2009 he founded a new temporary employment agency.

Football official

The ESV Ingolstadt approached Jackwerth in 2003, asking if he would like to act as a sponsor, as the club was in serious financial difficulties. Thereupon MTV Ingolstadt reported that they would hardly have any financial chances if their local rivals strengthened. So the idea to merge the two clubs and to re-establish them in 2004 as FC Ingolstadt 04 came about . Peter Jackwerth is currently chairman of the Schanzern board .
