Jaclyn Moriarty

Jaclyn Moriarty (* 1968 in Sydney ) is an Australian lawyer, media lawyer and writer.

Jaclyn Moriarty grew up with six siblings in Sydney. At the University of Sydney , they then studied English, Law at Yale University and at Gonville and Caius College of the University of Cambridge . She worked as a media lawyer. She lives and works in Sydney and Montreal with her husband, the Canadian writer Colin McAdam . Her novel Feeling Sorry for Celia (German: The Club of Naked Truths ) was nominated by the American Library Association for the ALA Best Books for Young Adults .
