Jacob Muhl
Jacob Muhl (born August 29, 1646 in Hamburg , † July 30, 1718 in Amsterdam ) was a German merchant in Hamburg and Amsterdam.
Life
The ancestors on the father's side were merchants from Salzwedel in the Altmark. The father Jacob moved to Hamburg. The brother Dietrich Muhl wrote a register on the history of the family.
The young Jacob Muhl initially also received Hamburg citizenship as a long-distance merchant. He lived in Amsterdam since 1678 at the latest. In 1690 he kept the property and assets of the Reval merchants Hendrik Baad and Jakob Hetteling there for the time of their arrest.
Jacob Muhl was married to Caecilia Damcke. Was a son
