Jacqueline Laurent
Jacqueline Suzanne Laurent (born August 6, 1918 as Jacqueline Suzanne Janin in Brienne-le-Château , Aube , Champagne-Ardenne , † December 18, 2009 in Grasse ) was a French actress.
Life
She made her film debut in 1928 in The Two Shy . Laurent achieved the greatest success of her career at the side of Jean Gabin and Arletty in The Daybreak (1939). In the mid-1940s she withdrew into private life. In 1965 she had a brief film comeback in a supporting role.
