Jacques Daret
Jacques Daret (* around 1404 in Tournai , † around 1468 in Bruges (?)) Was a Flemish painter.
Together with Rogier van der Weyden he was a student of Robert Campin . In 1432 he became a free master in the Guild of St. Luke in Tournai. He can be traced back to Arras between 1446 and 1458 . At the wedding of Charles the Bold he worked on the festival decorations. From 1468 his name is no longer documented.
