Dissemination and creation

For example, larger hunting farms are operated in Namibia , whereas in Germany small stalls are often used as a hide-away facility. Hunting lodges in hunting grounds are rather rare in Germany and can usually only be obtained with special permits.

Law

Germany

In case of doubt, the hunting authority can determine. In the event of a dispute, the judge will decide. No consent is required on wasteland or in the event of minor impairment to the owner. The specifications of the agricultural trade association must be observed for technical preparation . The unauthorized use of the hunting facilities constitutes an administrative offense. If the lessee changes , the hunting facilities are sold to the successor or they must be removed within six months.
