The Yearbook for Antiquity and Christianity (JbAC) is a scientific periodical founded in 1958 by Theodor Klauser , Eduard Stommel and Alfred Stuiber , which accompanies the development of the Real Lexicon for Antiquity and Christianity and supplements, deepens and prepares its articles with independent essays and reviews. It is published by the Franz Joseph Dölger Institute at the University of Bonn and is published by Aschendorff Verlag , Münster.
58 volumes of the yearbook for antiquity and Christianity had been published by 2015. There are also numerous supplementary volumes with monographs and collections of articles ( Festschriften ), which are published as supplementary volumes (38 volumes up to 2013) and in the small series of supplementary volumes (12 volumes up to 2015).
The articles appear in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish and have been peer-reviewed since 2018 .
