Jaime Creus y Martí (born June 20, 1760 in Mataró , † September 17, 1825 in Tarragona ) was a Roman Catholic bishop, archbishop of Tarragona and a Spanish politician.

Jaime Creus y Martí represented the Principality of Catalonia in the Cortes of Cádiz from 1810 to 1813 , and in July 1811 he was its President. In 1822 he served as president of the temporary government ( Regencia de Urgel ), which also included Bernardo Mozo de Rosales , Marqués of Mataflorida, and Joaquín Ibáñez Cuevas y de Valonga, Barón de Eroles.

In the Catholic Church he was from July 11, 1815 to May 29, 1820 Bishop of Menorca . The episcopal ordination donated to him on October 22, 1815 Pablo Sitjar Ruata (Bishop of Barcelona); Co- consecrators were Francesco Antonio La Dueña (Bishop of Urgell) and Manuel Ros de Medrano (Bishop of Tottosa). On May 29, 1820 he was appointed Archbishop of Tarragona; he held this office until his death on September 17, 1825.
