Jaime Osorio
Jaime Osorio Gómez (born March 7, 1947 in Viterbo , Caldas ; † September 3, 2006 in Nilo , Cundinamarca ) was a Colombian film producer, director and actor.
Osorio became internationally known with the films he produced, Maria full of grace and Our Lady of the Assassins . For the actor's involvement in the film Maria Full of Grace was Catalina Sandino Moreno in the category Best Actress for an Oscar nomination. In 2004 his film Sin Amparo was nominated for a Golden Colon at the Festival de Cine Iberoamericano de Huelva in Huelva, Spain .
He died of a heart attack.
