Jakob August Hünerwolff (also Jacob August Hünerwolf , born December 11, 1644 in Arnstadt , † 1694 ) was a German physician and city ​​physician from Arnstadt in Thuringia .

Life

Jacob August Hünerwolff studied medicine at the University of Jena and the University of Altdorf . He later worked as a doctor in Neustadt an der Orla before becoming Physicus and as successor to Jeremias Rhetius Stadtphysicus von Arnstadt.

On January 20, 1685 Jacob August Hünerwolff with the academic surname Actuarius was accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 128 ) in the Leopoldina .
