Jalaquduq (until 2015 Oxunboboyev, until 1976 Soʻfiqishloq) is a city (shahar) in the Uzbek province of Andijon in the Fergana Valley and the capital of the Jalolquduq district .

The city is located about 25 km southeast of the provincial capital Andijon . It has a station on the Andijon- Karasuu line of the Uzbek Railways ( Oʻzbekiston Temir Yoʻllari ). The Andijonsoy flows north of the city and the Shahrixonsoy flows south .

In 1976 the place Soʻfiqishloq received city rights and was renamed Oxunboboyev. According to the 1989 population census, the city had 11,043 inhabitants, according to a calculation for 2003, the population was 20,800. In 2015 the city was renamed Jalaquduq again.
