Jamal Barzinji
Jamal Barzinji ( Arabic جمال برزنجي Jamal Barzindschi ; born on December 15, 1939 in Mosul , Kingdom of Iraq ; died September 26, 2015 in Virginia , United States ) was an Iraqi- American businessman and an Islamic personalityin the United States.
He was affiliated with the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), the World Assembly of Muslim Youth and the SAAR Foundation . He was one of the founders of the Islamic Society of North America and was also president of the Muslim Student Union .
