James Logan (ice hockey player)
James Logan (born September 17, 1933 in Whitby , Ontario ) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player .
Career
James Logan began his career as a hockey player with the Toronto St. Michael's Majors, for which he was active from 1950 to 1954 in the Junior Ontario Hockey Association. From 1954 to 1956, the attacker played in the senior division for the Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen, with whom he won the Allan Cup , the Canadian amateur championship, in the 1954/55 season . With the Dutchmen he also represented Canada at the 1956 Winter Olympics. The 1956/57 season he spent with the Winnipeg Warriors from the professional Western Hockey League . Most recently he played for the Sudbury Wolves of the Northern Ontario Hockey Association from 1957 to 1959, before ending his career at the age of 26.
International
For Canada , Logan took part in the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , where he and his team won the bronze medal.
