James Saina
James Saina (* 1974 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2005 he finished second in the Naples Marathon and won the Athens Marathon .
In 2006 he finished sixth in the Alexander the Great Marathon with his personal best of 2:14:16 h .
