James Wharton
James Wharton (born March 3, 1813 in Morocco , † April 25, 1856 Liverpool , England ) was a Moroccan boxer in the bare knuckle era and also an excellent wrestler .
He was one of the best athletes of the time.
Wharton was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2012 .
