The Jamos 650 GT was the only passenger car model from the Austrian manufacturer Jauernig & Moser .

description

There is evidence that the vehicle was offered as early as 1962 or 1963. The catalogs of the Swiss Automobile Revue have no entry in 1962 and 1963, a comprehensive description in 1964 and only a note in 1965 that there is currently no production.

The vehicle was based on the floor pan of the Puch 650 . It was given a lightweight plastic body . The coupé offered space for two people.

The two - cylinder boxer engine had 81 mm bore , 64 mm stroke and 660 cm³ displacement . The engine developed 46 hp . It was mounted in the rear and drove the rear axle.

The wheelbase was 184 cm, the front track 112 cm and the rear 113.5 cm. The vehicle was 335 cm long, 136 cm wide and 113 cm high. The curb weight was given as 460 kg. The top speed was according to factory specification, depending on the gear reduction and tire size 152 km / h 160 km / h or 167 km / h.
