Jan-Christopher Schulte

Jan-Christopher Schulte (* 10. June 1982 in Herford ) is a retired German athlete who on the Sprint specialized.

In 2003 he became German junior champion in the 100-meter run and with the 4-by-100-meter relay of TV Wattenscheid . In the adult area he celebrated his greatest successes with the Wattenscheider relay. He was German champion in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2010. In the hall, Schulte won the title five times in a row from 2005 to 2009 with the 4 x 200 meter relay. In 2006, Sebastian Ernst , Jan-Christopher Schulte, Marc Blume and Ronny Ostwald set a new German record for club relays in 1: 23.98 minutes. Schulte's best individual placings at the German championships were seventh in the 200 meters in 2006 and over 100 meters in 2009. In the hall, he was fifth in the 60-meter run in 2005 and 2006 . In 2010 he ended his career.
