Jan Brockhoff (born December 3, 1994 in Hildesheim ) is a former German racing cyclist and later sports director .

Athletic career

Brockhoff was active in the junior classes at the RSC Hildesheim . In 2011 he won a stage of the Lower Saxony Tour for Juniors and was eighth overall, and the following year he was German junior champion in road racing .

In the adult sector, Brockhoff initially joined the Thuringian Energy Team . In 2014 he moved to the Giant-Shimano Development Team , for which he won a stage of the Alsace Tour . Brockhoff then drove for one year at AWT greenway in 2015 , won the prologue of the Carpathian Couriers Race and finished eighth in the Vuelta a La Rioja , a one-day race in the first category . For the 2015 season he joined Leopard Pro Cycling . After years without any top placements, Brockhoff ended his cycling career at the end of the 2018 season and became the sporting director of his last team as an active player.
