Jan Huitema
Jan Huitema (born July 5, 1984 in Heerenveen ) is a Dutch politician of the Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie and farmer .
Life
Huitema studied animal production at Wageningen University . Together with his father, he runs a dairy farm in Makkinga. He has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 . There he is a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development and the Delegation for relations with Canada.
