Jana "Janka" Michailidu (born October 18, 1990 in Petrovice u Karviné ) is a Czech politician and in 2014 was temporarily acting chairwoman of Česká pirátská strana (ČPS).

Life

Michailidu, who was born into a mixed Greek-Czech family, attended high school in Karviná and studied at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague .

On January 18, 2014, she was elected to the post of vice-chairman of the ČPS. After the resignation of party chairman Ivan Bartoš , she chaired the party since June 6, 2014, and was replaced by Lukáš Černohorský on August 2, 2014 . She was a member of the Board of Directors of Young Pirates of Europe (YPE).
