Janet Egyir (born May 7, 1992 in Sekondi-Takoradi , Western Region , Ghana ) is a Ghanaian soccer player.

Career

Egyir started her senior career with the Hasaacas Ladies, before going to the UMF Víkingur in Iceland for 3 months on loan with her club colleague Samira Suleman . After returning to Ghana in August 2016, she played in Africa until spring. In March 2017 she signed again with Vikingur and played in 17 games in the 1 deild kvenna. On May 4, 2018, she signed with her compatriot Sukleman for UMF Afturdeiling.

National team

In 2010 Egyir took part in the 2010 U-20 Women's World Cup in Germany for the Black Princess (Ghana U-20) .

Since spring 2014 she has been part of the squad for the senior national team of Ghana .
