Samira Suleman (born August 16, 1991 in Sekondi-Takoradi , Western Region , Ghana ) is a Ghanaian soccer player.

Career

society

Suleman started her senior career with the Hasaacas Ladies and went to the USA in 2010 to study, where she played for the Robert Morris Eagles for 2 years . In 2012 she returned to Ghana and signed with the Hasaacas Ladies , from where she was awarded to UMF Víkingur in Iceland in 2015 . In the winter of 2015 she returned to the Sekondi Hasaacas before Suleman went permanently to Iceland to the UMF Víkingur in May 2016 . There she signed a one-year contract. At UMF Víkingur she plays together with her national team colleague Janet Egyir . On May 4, 2018, she signed with her compatriot Egyir for UMF Afturdeiling.

National team

Suleman played for the Black Princess (Ghana U-20) in the U-20 Women's World Cup in 2010 in Germany and the U-17 World Cup in 2008 in New Zealand .

Since spring 2014 she has been part of the squad for the senior national team of Ghana .

Between 2010 and 2012 Suleman studied Applied Health Sciences at Robert Morris University in Illinois , USA .
