Janet Kagan

Janet Kagan born Janet Megson (* 18th April 1946 in New Jersey ; † 29. February 2008 ) was an American science fiction - and fantasy - writer . In addition to two science fiction novels, she published two story collections. In addition, she wrote almost exclusively short stories from the genres of science fiction and fantasy. Many have appeared in Analog Science Fiction and Fact and Asimov's Science Fiction . Her story The Nutcracker Coup was nominated for the Hugo and Nebula .
