Janet S. Tashjian (born June 29, 1956 in Providence , Rhode Island ) is an American writer for children and young people.

Life

Janet Tashjan grew up in Boston , Massachusetts . She attended Emerson College , where she graduated with a degree in creative writing ; She had previously studied journalism and philosophy at the University of Rhode Island , then worked in the private sector and then traveled extensively with her future husband Doug.
