Janne Madsen

Janne Madsen (born March 12, 1978 ) is a Danish soccer player . The midfielder is under contract with Fortuna Hjørring and plays for the Danish national team .

Madsen began her career at Grønbjerg IF . With Fortuna Hjørring Madsen was Danish champion in 2002 and won the Danish Cup three times in a row between 2000 and 2002 . In the 2002/03 season she reached the final of the UEFA Women's Cup with her team , which was lost to Umeå IK .

On May 24, 2000 Madsen made his debut in a game against Yugoslavia in the Danish national team. She participated in the 2001 European Championship and the 2007 World Championship . She scored four goals in 61 international matches.
