Jared Bark

Jared Bark (* 1944 in Appleton Wisconsin ) is an American performance artist .

life and work

Jared Bark graduated from Stanford University in California with a bachelor's degree in history, anthropology , painting and sculpture and studied at Hunter College in New York City from 1967 to 1968 . Photobooth works (1969) are connected to a photo booth made portraits. In 1970 Bark had a scholarship and traveled to India. In 1972 he decided to do performances.

Jared Bark runs Bark Frameworks , a framework supplies store in New York City .
