Jasmin Hommel (born February 28, 1988 in Göppingen ) is a German soccer player .

Career

society

Hommel began her career in the youth of SV Pfahlheim. After going through all youth teams up to A-youth, she moved to VfB Tannhausen in 2002. After two years she turned her back on VfB Tannhausen and moved to TSV Crailsheim in the women's Bundesliga for the 2004/05 season , where she made her Bundesliga debut on March 20, 2005 in a game against FFC Heike Rheine .

After the season she left Crailsheim again and moved to the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg for SV Eintracht Kirchheim. She played at SVE until the summer of 2009 before moving to FV Vorwärts Faurndau . In summer 2013 she joined TSV Donaualtheim in the state league.

National team

In the summer of 2011, Hommel took part in the military World Cup in Rio de Janeiro for Germany for the CISM Bundeswehr selection team and became vice world champion. A year later at the Military World Cup in 2012, she won the world championship title with the team.

Others

In January 2013 she was honored with the sports medal in silver by the city of Göppingen. Hommel is a sergeant in the armed forces and was stationed in the Walldürn barracks until 2013 .
