Javier Campos Moreno ( Spanish Javier Campos Moreno ; born March 6, 1959 in Santiago de Chile ) is a Chilean chess player .
He won the Chilean individual championship twice: 1979 and 1980. He played for Chile at five Chess Olympiads : 1980 , 1982 , 1992 , 1994 and 2010 .
In the Spanish top division he played for CA Centelles , C Penya d'Escacs Cerdanyola and CE Vulcà Barcelona .
