Javier Illana García (born September 12, 1985 in Leganés ) is a Spanish diver . He starts from the 1-meter and 3-meter board in competitions.
Illana has in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and 2008 in Beijing participated and reached in jumping from the 3-meter board in each semi-final. In addition, he participated in five swimming world championships between 2003 and 2011 . His greatest success so far was winning the bronze medal at the 2010 European Swimming Championships in Budapest . At the FINA Diving Grand Prix he was able to achieve second place in 2010 in Madrid and 2011 in Montreal .
