More than 750,000 copies were sold in the USA alone, and publishers in 31 countries have now secured the rights to the book.

The German translation was published in October 2009 under the title Dead Girls Don't Lie . The novel is about a young girl who feels isolated , loses all confidence and decides to go to death - but not without documenting the signals that have given this suicide .
